One of the benefits of living where we do is the abundance of fresh produce. Bob and I have started frequenting the farmers market, at least until our gardenb starts producing. We enjoyed some very tasty asparagas last night with a super simple recipe from Sunset magazine.

Heat your oven to 425, remove the "woody portion of the stems and lightly coat the spears in olive oil, salt & pepper. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated parmesian cheese and bake for about 10 minutes. Turned out very yummy!

We have eaten all the strawberries and I think next time we may get a full flat. I might even make some jam,
